They go choppig in enforcement it's their problems, for me I don't have to get quotas to employ foreigners, easy way out for me and for them. The ones working for me already 3 years chopping every few weeks, so I am happy.
Some get weekly chop, some more than that, depends how good their relationships lah. Pandai2 cari makan beb.
But I wonder also, if their parents dying, wives dying, children dying, how to go back without their passports? What is the humans rights status for them? How many years can we hold them up here?
Who will be responsible for them?
Thank you foryour info, my friends and relatives are happy to know about this loophole, so they are going to get special pass workers only and easier for them.
What I hear also is many Chinese from China and other countries know about this loophole and will be coming in boat loads or ferries or AirAsia and Cebupacific cheap flights to take advantage of this loophole.
So, I am not sure what the effects would be like, how much unnecessary efforts wouod be required from police or others.
So much from uncontrolled, poorly administered departments can cause so much chaos in an otherwise peaceful country.
Would it mean more rape cases, drug smuggling, beer smuggling, robberies or thefts. murders, by desperate, hungry foreigners on special passes?
As this sounds scary, the public have the right to know the statistics from the immigration department immediately!
Worst of all, Brunei would be the best hide-out for terrorists or runaway criminals or sepcial agents trying to destroy our country our national security!
PS. There is a rumour about unreported case of a lady driver raped in the huaho tg bunut basement carpark, what if it is true?
Are we in control or losing control to foreigners? Wheres the controller of immigration?
